Mansion house comprises 15 homes on Norton Grange, all sharing the building structure and some communial areas. They have a separate management company, in addition to Norton Grange Residents Association - call Mansion House Residents Assoication (MHRA). Residents who buy at Mansion House must belong to both MHRA and NGRA.
