Norton Grange is a small private residential estate in the village of Little Kineton, Warwickshire.
It was developed in the 1980’s from the Mansion House and grounds which were formerly a school.
As such there is a broad variety of properties including self-contained dwellings in the The Mansion House, as well as the converted stone-built Mansion House stable block - The Courtyard. Some cottages pre-date the school with others being converted from the staff and student accommodation built in the 1960 and 1970’s, whilst the rest being more recent purpose-built family homes. The diverse nature of the properties has ensured that the community with Norton Grange has also remained diverse and to many this is a key attraction of living in ‘the Grange’. There are 61 properties, ranging from 2 to 7 bedrooms.
